Family and friends remember William Martin Brewer III as a joyful, energetic spirit and a loving son. One evening, Martin stepped out to do laundry and decided to catch up with friends at a local bar next door. Their night took them bar hopping, and they eventually made their way
- making it the last place anyone would see Martin again.
In a heartbreaking turn of events, a single gunshot rang out later that night at a local park and was reported to law enforcement. Tragically, Martin was found lifeless in the baseball diamond field of Murray Hill Park.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Cold Case Detective Travis Oliver continues this investigation and has taken on the case, driven to uncover the truth and bring closure to Martin's grieving family.
