Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on August 11, 2021 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2009-CC-16196, in the matter of Durham Building Materials, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Plaintiff vs. H B T Cons, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Hugh Thomas, an individual, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Hugh Thomas on the following described property:
 
                                                         0 West 18th Street, Jacksonville, Fl 32209
                                    Lots 30 and 31, Block 3, Ritchieville, Plat Book 6, Page 53 of the
                                    current Public Records of Duval County, Florida.  RE# 046731-0000
 
On May 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand.  There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
