NEVIUS and CURTIS, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of TONI R. NEVIUS on the following described property:

On September 4, 2024 at 1030 the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
