On January 15, 2025 at 1000 AM the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Memorial Building, 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, at the Forsyth Street entrance. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
