Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution issued on July 13, 2024 out of the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 2006-CA-008482-XXXX-MA, in the matter of CACV OF COLORADO, LLC, Plaintiff vs. BRENDA L GRAVES, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of BRENDA L. GRAVES AKA BRENDA L. SACKVILLE on the following described property:

On April 2, 2025 at 1000 AM the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place outside of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Property & Evidence Building, 829 Haines Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, in the fenced, secured area. The property may be viewed 30 minutes prior and needs to be removed immediately afterwards. All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
