Pursuant to a writ of execution issued on July 24, 2024 out of the County Court of Duval County, Florida, Case No. 16-2024-CC-001739, in the matter of Michael McGowen and Mitch Woodlief, Plaintiff vs. Stephanie DeGrove-Platt, James A. Platt, SR., and Alpha D&D, LLC, Defendant, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of James A. Platt, SR on the following described property:

On April 3, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. the Sheriff will sell this property, subject to all other prior liens, taxes, judgments, if any, to the highest bidder for cash in hand. There is no time allowed to go to the bank, and only United States currency is acceptable. The sale will take place at 907 Rio Lindo Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207 All bidders are required to register with the officer prior to the start of said sale.
