Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday, November 6th
November 04, 2022 - The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office would like to remind everyone that Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2022. This is when we "fall back" one hour.
Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators on Halloween
October 28, 2022 - In Jacksonville, there are more than 2,500 registered Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators who live in almost every neighborhood. On nights like Halloween, where children are going door-to-door for candy, police will be out enforcing the laws.
JSO and HCA Florida Memorial Hospital to Host "National Prescription Drug Take Back" Event on Saturday, October 29
October 28, 2022 - On Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in conjunction with both HCA Florida Memorial Hospital and HCA Florida Park West Emergency will participate in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day event in Jacksonville, Florida.
