Sec. 642.11 The prisoner shall be responsible for reimbursing the City for the costs associated with his supervision while in the program authorized by this Chapter. The Sheriff shall establish a reasonable schedule of fees to be charged prisoners, up to $54 per day, for paying the cost of supervision under this Chapter and to defray the cost of the 24-hour a day computerized surveillance program using electronic monitoring devices. $15/day
Sec. 646.104 Every prisoner gainfully employed is liable for a portion of the cost of his board in the correctional facilities. The Sheriff shall charge the prisoner's account $105 per week for his board consistent with the following conditions:

a. When paying in advance of the week, the prisoner will pay one hundred and five dollars per week, pro-rated to fifteen dollars per day.

b. When paying in advance of the week, the prisoner will pay one hundred and five dollars per week, pro-rated to fifteen dollars per day.

c.If unable to pay in advance, the prisoner will pay one hundred twenty-six dollars a week, pro-rated to eighteen dollars per day, with the additional portion of payment held in trust until such time as the prisoner is able to pay in advance of the week.
